Located in the Global Transportation hub, our new state-of-the-art facility is projected to have an annual production capacity of 1 million metric tonnes and will provide a consistent and fast point of delivery for farmers and end users.

$45-54.50/hr

Relocation Assistance:

Relocation may be provided to Regina, SK for this position.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Install, repair, rebuild, and troubleshoot production equipment including pumps, bucket elevators, drag conveyors, motors, mixers, augers, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
2. Perform scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance on plant assets.
3. Document completed work, equipment findings, and parts information as required.
4. Maintain shop tools and maintenance areas in a neat and clean condition.
5. Interact regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork-focused environment.
6. Understand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.

Basic Requirements:

1. Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada.
2. Must be 18 years or older.
3. Interprovincial red seal journeyman millwright trade certification.
4. Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
5. Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
6. Must be able to ascend and descend stairs, ladders, etc., to work in elevated areas of the plant, and must be able to work in confined spaces.
7. Ability to be on-call with advance notice.
8. Ability to work overtime including weekends with advance notice.
9. Basic use of a computer.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior production or plant environment experience an asset.
2. Experience in a production and/or similar environment.
3. Experience within the agricultural or crush industry.

Please note that training will be provided at our Clavet SK & Camrose, AB facilities.
