Located in the Global Transportation hub, our new state-of-the-art facility is projected to have an annual production capacity of 1 million metric tonnes and will provide a consistent and fast point of delivery for farmers and end users.

Principal Accountabilities:
- Install, repair, rebuild, and troubleshoot production equipment including pumps, bucket elevators, drag conveyors, motors, mixers, augers, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Perform scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance on plant assets.
- Document completed work, equipment findings, and parts information as required.
- Maintain shop tools and maintenance areas in a neat and clean condition.
- Interact regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork-focused environment.
- Understand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
Basic Requirements:
- Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Interprovincial red seal journeyman millwright trade certification.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to ascend and descend stairs, ladders, etc., to work in elevated areas of the plant, and must be able to work in confined spaces.
- Ability to be on-call with advance notice.
- Ability to work overtime including weekends with advance notice.
- Basic use of a computer.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior production or plant environment experience an asset.
- Experience in a production and/or similar environment.
- Experience within the agricultural or crush industry.
