Having launched in Canada just over a year ago, MFC has experienced significant growth and success. As we continue to scale, we are seeking to expand our team with a dynamic Middle Office Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review, triage and process client requests (Transfers, withdrawals etc.) with speed and accuracy
2. Respond to a high volume of requests daily prioritizing according to urgency
3. Take a proactive approach to client solutions, collaborating effectively with external partners and internal teams to assess customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions

Requirements:

1. Must have a minimum of 1-2 year's experience within the Canadian stock brokerage industry
2. Knowledge of financial products and procedures, stocks and equity options
3. Good understanding of back office, wealth management operations, financial products and procedures
4. Knowledge and experience of brokerage funding and transfer workflows is an asset, such as interac e-transfers, Bank EFTs, bill payment network, and wire transfers
5. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
6. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
7. Self-starter with the capacity to work independently, along with flexibility and willingness to assist others
8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize important and time-sensitive tasks
9. Experience with Broadridge Dataphile is an asset
10. Completion of Canadian Securities Course or other investment related courses is an asset
