We’re on the hunt for a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator and Power Platform Specialist to bring technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to our support and operations teams.

In this hybrid role, you’ll be working hands-on with the latest in Microsoft technologies, playing a vital part in optimizing our Sales & Marketing platform and supporting end users across the business. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.

What You’ll Do

1. Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing environments.
2. Develop and manage solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
3. Monitor incoming incidents via ServiceNow, troubleshoot user issues, and escalate enhancements or bugs.
4. Collaborate with internal development teams and Microsoft support to ensure seamless platform performance.
5. Design and automate workflows, implement system upgrades, and maintain security protocols.
6. Support and enhance integrations with other business systems and cloud platforms.
7. Provide end-user training and documentation to boost adoption and system understanding.
8. Stay current with Microsoft product updates and advocate for best practices to maximize platform value.

What You Bring

1. 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Administration and Power Platform.
2. Proven expertise in Sales & Marketing modules of Dynamics 365.
3. Hands-on knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
4. Strong background in Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Logic Apps, Functions, Azure SQL, etc.).
5. Familiarity with system integrations, data migrations, and automation via PowerShell or Azure CLI.
6. Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure AD, and Microsoft security best practices.
7. Great communication skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
8. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
9. Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure) are a big plus!
