Job Title: Manager, CM, Resi, Retail

Reporting to Sr. Manager, Channel Marketing Residential, you will be the prime and first point of contact for Rogers Home products and program supporting our Branded Retail and Partner Retail Channels. Working closely with cross functional teams such as Retail Sales, Channel Enablement, Marketing, Pricing, Competitive Insights, and Channel Management, you will own and execute the channel readiness strategy ensuring that our channels are engaged, enabled, and able to sell. You will also be the face of the channel, supporting the day to day go-to-market activities such as pricing updates, and marketing initiatives. Supported amongst an amazing and fun team, you will contribute to delivering a consistent and integrated experience across all consumer sales channels while serving as an escalation point and a subject matter expert for in channel programs.
