The Opportunity
Reporting to the Track Supervisor the Track Welder is responsible for corrective and preventative welding of various rail infrastructure components. He/she also supports emergency response and performs track inspection, when required. The Track Maintenance Welder oversees welding work performed with the Assistant Track Maintenance Welder.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity and your primary work location will be on or about Metrolinx’s Newmarket Subdivision from downtown Toronto up to Barrie, Ontario and Metrolinx’s Weston subdivision from downtown Toronto up to Brampton, Ontario.
