Description
One Full-time Contract Position to April 2026 (with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent)
The Criminal Justice Case Manager is a specialized position that is responsible for the provision of case management and advocacy services to individuals age 16 and over who are experiencing significant difficulties in daily functioning as a result of serious mental health or dual diagnosis; current or recent involvement in the Criminal Justice System; or at risk of future involvement in the Criminal Justice System. The overall responsibility of the Criminal Justice Case Manager is to facilitate recovery and assist clients to improve their quality of life through a collaborative approach to service provision.
Requirements:

Office Hours: Monday - Friday - 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Office Expectations: Once per month
