Location: Greater Sudbury, Ontario

Position Description:

  1. Reporting to the General Manager, this full-time, year-round position involves the following:
  2. Member services, Member orientation, manage Membership roster and waiting list.
  3. Regular Member communications. Assist with presentations and meetings. Ensuring Members are informed and up to date with present and upcoming events and announcements via newsletter, website, social media posts, e-blasts, etc.
  4. Regularly create and update Club communication tools: Website, Employee forms, Membership forms, interactive forms, Membership and Employee handbook.
  5. Regularly create and update Event communication tools: branding, posters, social posts, ads, interactive registration form, slide show/materials.
  6. Event coverage: Photograph Club events (e.g., Golf, Curling, Social, etc.), share events coverage across all the Club’s mediums (e.g., social media, newsletter, etc.).
  7. Clubhouse menus: Working with the Chef/Event’s/F&B Manager in the menu development process including design, layout, food photography, printing and setup.
  8. Design & Marketing materials: Design and layout, graphics optimization, brand standards.
  9. Working with suppliers on quotes for advertising, promotional materials and marketing partnerships.

Qualifications:

  1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, relationship builder, team worker and collaborator.
  2. Successful completion of a college or university degree from a recognized institution with Canadian accreditation. Communications, business administration, marketing, design an asset.
  3. 3-5 years experience in Customer Service, preferably in a hospitality environment.
  4. Knowledge of graphics design and creative content is an asset.
  5. Ability to work flexible hours including weekend & Holiday availability.

Compensation:

$54,000 annually
