Medical Receptionist

We have exciting opportunities available for full-time and part-time Receptionists at our pediatric-focused family medicine center. The Receptionist will handle various day-to-day tasks that help ensure clinic efficiency, as well as offer an exceptional level of customer service to create a positive impression for our patients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• You greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• You handle patient inquiries (by phone and by email), and respond to patient questions, concerns, and requests in a courteous manner to ensure complete satisfaction.
• You create and manage medical records while providing impeccable patient care.
• You provide patients with all appointment related information.
• You help ensure patient records are accurate and update them as needed.
• You receive external referrals and make appointments for these patients.
• You handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• You assist with other tasks around the clinic as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• You are fully bilingual (French and English) and have excellent communication skills.
• You have an interest in the medical and/or healthcare field and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• You have a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, you are detail-oriented and have superior data entry skills.
• You have a facility with computer programs (Google Workspace, EMR) and technology; experience with Omnimed is considered an asset.
• You have a flexible work schedule and can work outside of regular schedule hours as needed.
