Medical Office Assistant and a Clinic Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of MOA experience and familiarity with Med Access EMR. Management experience will be an asset for the clinic manager role.

Duties

• Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments using phone systems.
• Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate smooth patient flow and communication.

Experience

• Previous experience in a medical office is a must.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective patient interaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
