Title: Medical Laboratory Technologist – Community Based Testing
Salary: $72,841 – $91,051 – $100,156 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday (core hours 9am – 3pm)
Location: Sinclair Office, Downtown Vancouver – Hybrid (50% in office) & Remote, considered for the right candidate. Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, summer 2026.
About the role
As Medical Laboratory Technologist, CBT, you will provide technical leadership and expertise in the provisioning of Laboratory and Diagnostic Services for the FNHA community-based testing initiatives (community lab/clinical settings) across the province. You will participate in the planning and coordination of services; monitor the quality of technical work performed to ensure site standards are met and safety procedures are followed. This role requires substantive travel to multiple sites with a focus on training, coaching, clinical oversight, and leading team members. Facilitates workplace solutions and the implementation of new techniques and procedures.
