Your Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze specimens: Perform essential testing in areas like Hematology, Chemistry, Transfusion Medicine, Microbiology, and Histopathology.
• Quality control: Ensure accuracy by conducting quality checks on all tests.
• Maintain equipment: Calibrate and troubleshoot lab equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
• Data management: Record and report results accurately using lab information systems.
• Ensure compliance: Follow safety, infection control, and lab regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams: Work closely with pathologists, lab assistants, and other healthcare professionals.

What You’ll Bring:

• Education: Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• Certification: CSMLS MLT certification required.
• Experience: 2+ years in a laboratory, with skills in core areas like Hematology, Chemistry, and Transfusion Medicine.
• Detail-oriented: Strong precision and accuracy in testing and data entry.
• Team player: Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $83,000.00-$93,000.00 per year
