What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Process medical billing claims, including refusals and rejections
2. Resolve billing issues effectively and efficiently
3. Provide assistance with billing inquiries to physicians
4. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
5. Coach physicians on OHIP Billing processes

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 2 years of proven OHIP Billing work experience
2. At least 4 years of administrative and customer service experience
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
4. Strong organizational and time management abilities
5. Attention to detail with a customer-focused mindset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Completion of certified courses in Medical Billing or equivalent
2. Experience working in a remote environment
