Position Overview:
As an experienced Medical Aesthetician at Esteem Aesthetics & Wellness Inc, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, personalized aesthetic treatments to our clients. You will also contribute to the growth and expansion of our clinic by helping to introduce new services, participating in clinic initiatives, and ensuring our clinic continues to evolve as a leader in medical aesthetics and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including TruBody body contouring, skin rejuvenation, weight loss services, and more.
2. Conduct detailed consultations with clients to assess their needs, educate them about treatment options, and develop customized plans for optimal results.
3. Maintain thorough client records and ensure all treatments are performed safely and effectively.
4. Provide outstanding customer service to foster long-term client relationships.
5. Collaborate with the clinic team to help grow our business, whether through service development, marketing ideas, or client referrals.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in medical aesthetics and wellness, helping us expand our service offerings.
7. Assist with business growth initiatives, including contributing to social media and marketing efforts, client retention strategies, and customer feedback.
8. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
9. Support clinic operations, including client scheduling, inventory management, and day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Certification or diploma in Medical Aesthetics or Nursing from a recognized institution.
2. 5+ years of experience in a clinical or medical spa setting.
3. Preferred management experience.
4. Expertise in advanced skin care treatments and aesthetic technologies, including body contouring, skin rejuvenation, and injectables.
5. Previous experience with TruBody body contouring or similar technologies is an asset.
6. Proven ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and contribute to a growing business.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive client relationships.
8. A passion for aesthetics, wellness, and staying at the forefront of new industry developments.
9. Ability to work collaboratively with a growing team and contribute to clinic success.
10. Valid First Aid certifications are preferred.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
