Range Lake Walking Clinic seeks a dedicated and organized Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will manage the clinic's administrative functions to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

1. Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Schedule and confirm appointments for patients.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including filing and data entry.
4. Assist with insurance verification and billing processes.
5. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
6. Process incoming and outgoing correspondence.
7. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care.
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and clinic policies.
9. Perform other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent; certification in medical office administration is an asset.
2. Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
