Reporting into the Ad Ops Manager and coordinating across multiple teams you will be responsible for the day-to-day digital advertising operations of multiple clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include trafficking campaigns and monitoring them to ensure they run smoothly, ensuring that budgets are fully spent while meeting client KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Traffic, optimize, and QA campaigns across multiple media buying platforms (Meta, TikTok, DV360, etc.)
• Proactively monitor, analyze, and optimize advertising performance
• Collaborate closely with account managers, creative teams, and external vendors to ensure flawless campaign execution and adherence to required standards
• Troubleshoot any issues related to campaigns, from creative to delivery
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency
• Follow Ad Operations workflow and guidelines while suggesting process improvements

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Ad Operations or programmatic experience, with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy
• Familiarity with online advertising, marketing concepts, and media metrics
• Adaptability to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with CM360, Pinterest, Meta, and TikTok is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel
