An automotive parts supplier producing aluminum components for many varieties of vehicles, with Honda being one of the key clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain effective flow of production parts from cast, to work in process, to finished goods.
• Ensure all materials are stored and maintained in an appropriate manner.
• Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment (forklift, etc.) to facilitate continuous production.
• Monitor production lines and keep supplied with required components.
• Monitor on-hand inventory of component parts.
• Record information using appropriate documentation and, when required, attach identifying labels to product.
• Assist with shipping function as required.

Willing to work weekly rotating shifts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Recent and previous lift truck experience.
• The ability to renew and/or obtain a license.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively.
• Previous inventory experience is an asset.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and parts is an asset.

**Forklift experience/license is required**
