Job Summary:

• Handle materials, ensuring efficient line organization
• Load and unload containers as needed
• Cover for absences and assist team members as required
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Operating: Battery-operated Leavitt Seat down and stand

• The plant is busy and works quickly as it starts full production.
• Most employees speak Korean, but they know English.
• It may take the employer time to respond to questions as they try to coordinate how to put it into English.
• The facility is still being built, so changes may happen as everything is finalized.
• New machines and tools are being used, so employees will need time to learn how to operate them.
• Quick problem-solving is important since the plant is new and might face unexpected challenges.
• Teamwork is encouraged.
• There is a strong focus on training to help employees understand procedures and safety measures.
• Processes are still being improved, so employees need to understand things may not be up to par - it will take time.
