You independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.

How you will contribute

You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will understand the losses in your area and equipment and report them.

What you need to know about this position:

You will participate in the daily activities of our warehouse in a safe way, including activities such as truck loading/unloading, storing finished goods, order picking, palletizing, and adhering to all safety and quality checks and specified rules.

What extra ingredients you will bring:

Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced work environment and capable of the defined physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc). Forklift experienced, able to lift a minimum of 50lbs (25kgs).

Education / Certifications:

Forklift license.

Use your own transportation or city bus is available as well.

12 hours rotation continental shifts.
