Your Main Responsibilities :
Data Analysis & Creation :
Analyze the needs of various departments (products, customers, suppliers).
Create and maintain relevant data.
Project Management :
Manage the collaborative platform for product launch and renovation projects.
Ensure the "ready to produce" and "ready to sell" processes.
Contribute to service rate and finished product loss rate indicators.
Data Consistency :
Ensure consistency of product and customer references in listings, pricing, and budgets.
Audit Compliance :
Guarantee that Master Data processes meet financial audit requirements.
Take part in tool and process improvement projects.
Draft work requests for Master Data enhancements based on business needs.
Training & Documentation :
Write procedures related to Master Data.
Train new employees or those transitioning to new roles.
Reference Data Maintenance :
Provide access to Master Data repositories (products, components, bills of materials, customers, suppliers).
Analyze and maintain end-of-life data.
Required Profile :
5 to 10 years of experience in data management (Master Data Management), IT, or project management.
Knowledge of data management tools and collaborative platforms.
Understanding of production and sales processes.
Ability to analyze business needs across departments.
Skills in data analysis and maintenance.
Experience in project management, particularly in product launches and renovations.
Ability to draft procedures and work requests.
Strong communication skills and ability to train team members.
Knowledge of financial audit requirements and ensuring compliance.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
