The Master Data Analyst’s role is to support the supply chain workstream in master data management. This includes creating inventory item master, managing change requests, validating completeness of data and adherence to standards.
Responsibilities Health and Safety:

Following Company health and safety standards and reporting any unsafe acts or conditions
Operations Management
Maintain, review and monitor master data items to ensure data accuracy
Receive inventory item master creation and change requests from regions
Validate data for completeness, adherence to standards and for ensuring no duplicates
Assist with designation of categories and other item attributes
Liaise with various regions and departments to troubleshoot any issues with inventory item requests
Load inventory item data into Oracle Fusion
Set-up inventory items in JD Edwards
Assist with initial assignment to inventory organizations as well as addition to pricing groups and cycle counts
Ensure item numbers are aligned in multiple systems
Participate in system roll-outs
Work with and assist project teams on implementation or upgrades of new and existing supply chain solutions/modules
Perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for supply chain related solutions/modules
Global travel as required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management
Qualifications Education Required: College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, or management information systems and 3 years related work experience.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years’ relevant experience
