Applications are invited for the position of Massage Therapy Program Manager in the School of Allied Health, Health Sciences Division, located at the Welland Campus. The starting rate of pay is $41.77/hr for a 24 hour work week. Additional hours may be required as necessary.
Reporting to the Associate Dean, Allied Health, the successful candidate will be responsible for the effective development and delivery of Niagara College’s Massage Therapy Program. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with faculty and program staff to continually review and improve the content and delivery of all aspects of the curriculum, anticipating educational trends and curricular issues, and maintaining teaching and learning plans, evaluations, content, manuals, and accreditation requirements. This position is responsible for supporting overall student success initiatives including college recruitment, orientation, retention, and clinical placements.
We also provide a balance of on-campus and remote work through our recently introduced Remote Work Policy. As a place-based organization, all positions will involve some degree of on-campus work.
