Massage Therapist

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team.

The Massage Therapist will provide high-quality therapeutic massage services to our clients, contributing to their recovery and overall well-being. You will work collaboratively with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize client needs and goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conduct a thorough assessment of clients’ needs and conditions to determine appropriate massage therapy techniques.
2. Provide a variety of therapeutic massage services tailored to each client’s requirements.
3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to integrate massage therapy into comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
4. Educate clients on self-care techniques and exercises that promote recovery and wellness.
5. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and client confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Massage Therapy license or certification from an accredited institution; an internship position is available.
2. Strong interest in a clinical or rehabilitative setting is preferred.
3. Strong understanding in anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach to care.
5. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
6. Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to industry standards.
