Duties

2. Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their health history to determine appropriate treatment plans.
3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after their sessions.
5. Document client progress and any changes in their condition or treatment plans accurately.
6. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as needed.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage techniques to enhance service offerings.

Skills

1. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
2. Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology is beneficial.
3. Excellent communication skills to effectively discuss treatment options and client needs.
