Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in hospitality and restaurant management. This role requires a focus on customer service, team management, and ensuring that all food handling practices meet safety standards. The Manager will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests while leading and developing the team.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage a team of staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  2. Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
  3. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and quality control.
  4. Maintain high standards of food handling and safety practices in compliance with health regulations.
  5. Assist in training new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service expectations.
  6. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  7. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery to guests.
  8. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  2. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively.
  3. Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
  4. Knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations related to the restaurant industry.
  5. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately; prior cash handling experience is preferred.
  6. Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills.
  7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  8. Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  9. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.50-$21.00 per hour
