Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Marketing Specialist to join our team at AstonGate Real Estate Brokerage. The ideal candidate will have a knack for creating and implementing effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies for our real estate services.
2. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competition.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to design and produce promotional materials.
4. Coordinate with external agencies for the execution of marketing campaigns.
5. Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns and events.
6. Create engaging written, graphic, and video content for our marketing campaigns.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. Proven experience in a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
4. Experience with research methods using data analytics software.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).
7. Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
8. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
9. Creativity and commercial awareness.
