Reporting to the Manager, Marketing, the Marketing Specialist will execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to support Edmonton Airports' objectives. This includes campaign development, advertising, promotions, sales support, and partnership coordination. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive business growth.
• Execute High-Impact Campaigns – Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring strong performance, budget alignment, and partner satisfaction.
• Full Campaign Ownership – Manage every stage of campaign execution, including research, strategy, creative development, launch, optimization, and analysis.
• Budget Management – Partner on campaign budgeting, monitor costs, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Optimize for Success – Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and drive revenue growth.

• Must secure and maintain appropriate airport security clearance and pass a clean criminal record check as conditions of employment.
• On-site presence required four to five days per week.
• Post-secondary education in Marketing, with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Commerce, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of progressive marketing experience, demonstrating growth and success in the field.
