We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordination professional to oversee processes within our campaign management operations. This role involves coordinating partner communication, managing an asset inventory of in-market communications, and aggregating data for Monthly Business Reviews. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison for our project management tool, Adobe Workfront, ensuring efficiency, optimization, and accurate reporting. Additionally, responsibilities include facilitating key meetings, managing campaign release approvals, and coordinating campaign renewals. The successful candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day of the Legal, Compliance & Risk Review process. This includes partner coordination and communication, as well as uploading all materials for review via Adobe Workfront.
Maintain an Asset Inventory, documenting and keeping track of all communications we have in-market. This includes campaign renewal dates, points of contact, versions, links, etc.
Aggregate data from partner teams and Adobe Workfront to build charts for presentation in our Monthly Business Reviews (MBR).
Serve as a point-of-contact for our project management tool, Adobe Workfront.
Participate in Enterprise meetings to understand advancements with the tool and advocate for our needs and optimizations with the tool.
Create and maintain reports within the tool for use across the Campaign Management team.
Facilitate meetings, coordinate agendas, and maintain invites for the following ceremonies: Weekly All-Hands Status, Campaign Management Office Hours, Campaign Kick-Off / Refinement weekly time blocks.
Own the campaign release step across all campaigns going into market. This includes reviewing and validating all required fields and documents and then approving the release and promoting the campaign.
Coordinate campaign renewals via a monthly process.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
At least 2 years of Process Management or Project Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Adobe Workfront
At least 2 years supporting advertising or marketing campaigns
At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services
