The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing marketing strategies to fill vacant apartments through various methods, including strategic retention events, signage, print media, and social media. This position focuses on enhancing Broadstreet's operational branding across regions, ensuring all client-facing materials align with brand guidelines. Collaborating with multiple departments, including those within Seymour Pacific Developments, the Marketing Coordinator will develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and tenant retention programs and ensure consistent branding. The role also involves managing multiple projects to support the development and launching of new properties throughout Canada.
Your contributions to the team include:
Creative Lead:
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, reviewing existing assets and making recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain and update the branding guide as needed.
- Analyze online advertising reports and offer creative recommendations based on findings.
Advertising:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Regional Managers, and Revenue Manager to plan and execute advertising campaigns, including messaging, creative content, and platform selection.
- Research and recommend strategies for traditional, non-digital advertising.
- Manage traditional advertising channels such as magazines, newspaper ads, billboards, direct mail campaigns, and Open House materials.
New Property Setup:
- Act as the marketing project lead during the development and launch of new properties, coordinating efforts between departments.
- Keep projects on schedule and delegate tasks to relevant departments or team members.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials and signage for new properties.
- Act as a liaison between the marketing department, other departments, vendors, and contractors.
- Provide insights for policy refinement and identify areas for process improvement as the company grows.
- Assist the Marketing & Communications Manager in resolving any issues that arise during project execution.
- Provide support for sourcing information and project requirements between departments.
What you need to be successful:
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, project management, business or related field.
- Minimum 3-years experience in a marketing or project management role.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and circumstances.
- Experience using website Content Management System.
- Proficient with MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Effective deadline management and project management skills.
