Marketing Coordinator – Join One of Canada’s Top Real Estate Teams!

We're seeking a highly talented and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing efforts across three companies and collaborate with over 50 employees to build our brands and drive growth.
About the Role
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will take full ownership of the marketing operations, working closely with leadership and team members to craft and execute creative strategies that position us as an industry leader. You will be responsible for producing exceptional content, managing campaigns, and ensuring every marketing initiative is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.
This role demands a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong understanding of cutting-edge marketing tools and platforms. The ideal candidate will not only have a creative flair but also the technical expertise to bring ideas to life and measure their impact.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
- Develop high-quality, engaging content for all marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, websites, and print materials.
- Manage the full content production process, from brainstorming and planning to execution and post-launch analysis.
- Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.
Video Production & Storytelling
- Lead video production efforts, including scripting, shooting, and editing, for property tours, promotional content, and team branding.
- Utilize advanced video editing tools to create polished, professional content that aligns with the brand’s vision.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to optimize online visibility and increase website traffic.
- Develop and monitor PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Execute Social Media Marketing (SMM) campaigns across platforms to engage and grow audiences.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and adjust campaigns for continuous improvement.
Team Coordination & Communication
- Collaborate with a diverse team of real estate agents, leadership, and external partners to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Act as the central point of contact for all marketing activities across three companies, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Manage and delegate tasks effectively, maintaining accountability and quality across projects.
Project & Tool Management
- Leverage advanced marketing tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CRM systems, Google Analytics, and video editing platforms, to streamline workflows.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing trends and technologies, ensuring the team remains ahead of the curve.
- Create project timelines and manage resources to ensure marketing initiatives are executed seamlessly.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related major.
- Strong understanding of the latest marketing trends, tools, and strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
- Familiarity with key marketing channels, including web platforms, email marketing systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity.
- Expertise in all major social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with the ability to create and manage content tailored to each platform.
- Proficiency in video shooting, editing, and production using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with clients and team members in a timely and professional manner.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills to coordinate tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other production software.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, including SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
- Ability to develop innovative and impactful marketing strategies tailored to organizational goals.
- Adept at interacting with clients in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication.
- Self-motivated, adaptable to change, and proactive in staying updated on emerging marketing trends and tools.
Compensation
$40,000- $60,000
