Company Profile:
Our client is an international company focused on providing cloud-based, real-time monitoring solutions for the construction, precast and concrete manufacturing industries. Their platform leverages digital tools to oversee production, and improve efficiency, quality, and productivity. They have been in growth mode and are looking to bring on their first Marketing Manager to cover North America and support their brand's growth. The Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Sales and work closely with the senior leadership team & co-founders.

Job Description:

• Strategic Marketing and Product Positioning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including defining product-market fit and driving impactful product marketing strategies.
• Customer and Market Insight: Conduct in-depth market research and gather customer insights through direct interaction and collaboration with internal teams to inform marketing strategies.
• Content Creation and Event Management: Create engaging content across multiple platforms, manage social media presence, and plan and execute industry events, including trade shows and conferences.

Requirements:

• 5-10+ years of marketing experience, ideal candidates will have construction or industrial focused marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies such as lead generation and brand management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• English required; bilingual (French) preferred.

Location: This is an in-office role based in Toronto, ON.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 CAD
