Overview of Accountabilities

  1. In coordination with the Head of Digital and Chief Brand Officer, identify the key marketing stories to tell our customers across channels (email, social, digital ads, web).
  2. Own content planning, copywriting, and briefing for all channels. Provide direction and feedback on photography and graphics for all marketing assets (email, social media, ecom, product, packaging, and more).
  3. Oversee the daily e-commerce operations, including site content optimization, merchandising, and adding new inventory to the website via Shopify.
  4. Responsible for concepting, creating, and scheduling social media content that drives the objectives of the brand.
  5. Brief creative & editorial partners on holistic content plans. The resulting assets and content should serve the Digital teams to drive the business while pushing for brand consistency and elevation.
  6. Manage budgets and resources to deliver efficient and effective marketing initiatives.

Cross-Functional Accountabilities

  1. Work with Product and Merchandising teams to clearly understand our seasonal product strategies, flow calendars, and design inspiration.
  2. Collaborate with the digital channel owner to understand how and where customers are engaging with our brand and content, building ongoing knowledge of what’s working to drive engagement and conversion.
  3. Support the team on seasonal planning initiatives, including preparing monthly product launch briefs to inform creative & editorial outputs.
  4. Understand the marketing and communication needs of the business and all its channels, including Retail, Wholesale, eCommerce; set priorities for marketing implementation.
  5. Lead omni-channel implementation for strategic marketing projects.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree required.
  2. Approximately - years of Marketing experience, retail and/or footwear industry preferred.
  3. Experience in strategizing, developing, and delivering upon Marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
  4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners.
  5. Proficient in Google Suite.
  6. Knowledge of Shopify Plus, Figma, and Klaviyo a plus.
  7. Highly organized and able to work both independently and cross-departmentally.
  8. Enthusiastic and eager to grow and learn with the company.
