Overview of Accountabilities
- In coordination with the Head of Digital and Chief Brand Officer, identify the key marketing stories to tell our customers across channels (email, social, digital ads, web).
- Own content planning, copywriting, and briefing for all channels. Provide direction and feedback on photography and graphics for all marketing assets (email, social media, ecom, product, packaging, and more).
- Oversee the daily e-commerce operations, including site content optimization, merchandising, and adding new inventory to the website via Shopify.
- Responsible for concepting, creating, and scheduling social media content that drives the objectives of the brand.
- Brief creative & editorial partners on holistic content plans. The resulting assets and content should serve the Digital teams to drive the business while pushing for brand consistency and elevation.
- Manage budgets and resources to deliver efficient and effective marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Accountabilities
- Work with Product and Merchandising teams to clearly understand our seasonal product strategies, flow calendars, and design inspiration.
- Collaborate with the digital channel owner to understand how and where customers are engaging with our brand and content, building ongoing knowledge of what’s working to drive engagement and conversion.
- Support the team on seasonal planning initiatives, including preparing monthly product launch briefs to inform creative & editorial outputs.
- Understand the marketing and communication needs of the business and all its channels, including Retail, Wholesale, eCommerce; set priorities for marketing implementation.
- Lead omni-channel implementation for strategic marketing projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Approximately - years of Marketing experience, retail and/or footwear industry preferred.
- Experience in strategizing, developing, and delivering upon Marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners.
- Proficient in Google Suite.
- Knowledge of Shopify Plus, Figma, and Klaviyo a plus.
- Highly organized and able to work both independently and cross-departmentally.
- Enthusiastic and eager to grow and learn with the company.
