We are seeking a strategic, values based Marketing Manager to join our team. What you’ll be doing:

  • The Marketing Manager reports directly to the Senior Manager, Marketing within our Program Engagement Team.
  • This incumbent is the subject matter expert in client and channel marketing, including Loyalty, CRM / Retention & Acquisition, Event Marketing and Branding.
  • They are experts in execution across all mediums (including Digital, Direct and Social) to drive program engagement and awareness.
  • As a member of the Program Engagement Team the Marketing Manager is allocated a client portfolio and measured against client NPS and program success metrics.
  • The primary function of this role is to help clients market their programs effectively, resulting in high take rates of promotional program transactions in the 360insights platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively lead strategy and execution of creative marketing solutions to client business challenges through the application of marketing industry best practices to support promotional program success.
  • Prepare best practice marketing campaign recommendations based on defined audiences, challenges and objectives.
  • Contribute to the profitability of assigned accounts and related projects and ensure execution of projects is consistent with 360insights account strategy.
  • Develop proposals, POVs and Marketing Strategy & Project recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers and Account Directors to present marketing proposals and POVs to support their client account plans.
  • Develop & present marketing project budgets for internal & client approval.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and clients to define success measurements of marketing communications.
  • Provide marketing and persona insights to the product and development teams as required to lend thought leadership on audience’s experience use cases, brand requirements marketing best practices to drive increased product awareness and engagement.
  • Contribute thought leadership to sales and client growth teams when they are tasked with presenting program marketing strategies to drive program success.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of client's business, marketing programs, brands, competitors, strategies, etc.
  • Provide mentorship to junior members of the Program Engagement team.
  • Project manage program marketing execution working with in-house Creative Services and external vendors, from Brief to Delivery and Reporting.
  • Ensure all marketing elements created for clients reflects all program mechanics by seeking approval from Operations Success, Client Success, RAC and Implementation teams as necessary along with external stakeholders such as card providers and legal.
  • Collaborate when needed with the Digital Production and Data Insights teams to provide program marketing campaign performance reports.
  • Development of Creative Briefs, Presentations / Recommendations, Workback Schedules, Project Status Reports as required.
  • Participate in select client’s EBR meetings to present marketing metrics and recommendations designed to grow the client’s business with 360insights.

What you’ll bring:

  • 4-7 years within marketing either on Corporate or Agency environments.
  • Proven experience managing Client relationships in a marketing capacity.
  • Past mentorship or management experience within a small team is an asset.
  • Collaborative thinker who involves multiple stakeholders when developing a strategy.
  • Must have the ability to proactively lead strategy and present to clients and internal stakeholders based on facts and best practice.
  • Experience with survey design, administration, and measurement is a plus.
  • Results driven and understands digital metrics as it relates to CRM, loyalty, engagement and Google Analytics.
  • Advanced MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
  • Experience pricing marketing efforts across all marketing media, including digital, video and print.
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Suite products and appreciation for Creative & Production timelines and processes.
  • Project management experience in a marketing capacity.
  • Understanding and experience in data-driven marketing.
  • Background in channel and dealer communications projects an asset.
