Job description

Help shape the future of field service management by joining Plannit, a fast-growing startup transforming how service businesses operate. We're looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to drive our market presence and customer acquisition initiatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own key marketing initiatives across the customer journey, combining creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making. You will be designing, implementing, and optimizing programs across all segments and stages of the funnel, leveraging marketing automation, user data, and creative content.

You'll work directly with leadership to shape and execute strategies that drive business growth. This role is a hands-on role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive our product-led growth strategy through targeted campaigns across key channels :

Build our social media presence on Facebook and other relevant platforms to engage field service professionals and establish industry authority

  • Design and optimize email nurture programs to convert trials and engage existing customers
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across search and social, with a focus on efficient customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with our product team to create effective in-app messaging and onboarding flows that drive user activation and retention
  • Own content strategy and execution across the customer lifecycle
  • Work cross-functionally with product and sales teams to align messaging and maximize conversion opportunities and craft compelling narratives that showcase our solution's value to field service businesses
  • Build and optimize marketing automation workflows to deliver personalized experiences throughout the customer journey
  • Own our marketing analytics, providing insights on campaign performance and customer behavior to inform strategy
  • Test and iterate on messaging, creative assets, and channel mix to continuously improve performance

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on SaaS and product-led growth
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Experience with Hubspot marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent writing and communication abilities (Bilingual – French & English)
  • Experience marketing to small-medium businesses is a plus
