About the Role

As Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of targeted, full-funnel lead generation programs. You’ll identify gaps and opportunities along the customer journey and proactively provide solutions that drive business growth and sustainable results. Your HubSpot expertise will empower you to build, program, and optimize marketing assets, ensuring timely and strategic delivery of campaigns.

Reporting to the CEO, you will play an integral role in the design and implementation of lead generation campaigns, digital strategy and execution, client engagement and events. You will work closely with sales, customer success, operations, and the executive team to build, deliver, and report on targeted demand generation efforts that align to pipeline goals and long-term objectives. The Marketing Manager will take an analytical, creative, and hands-on approach to problem solving while communicating Marketing progress and insights. You will manage a portfolio of agencies and service providers (Media buyer, designer, web design, writer, SEO, etc.) in order to achieve the following.

Key Responsibilities

  • The number one goal of this position is lead generation, meeting both daily and weekly quality and quantity targets based on scorecard goals and KPIs.
  • Generate calls booked and requests for demos, meeting both daily and weekly quality and quantity targets.
  • Positively influence show up rates and close percentage of sales team.
  • Manage our social media presence.
  • Manage all creative needs including design and branding requests, all website properties, and video production support delegating to team members and freelance contractors.
  • Work with our digital marketing analyst to optimize our ad performance.
  • Develop reports evaluating the performance and effectiveness of lead generation and sales activities. Analyze data to optimize conversions and revenue. Keep records of leads per sale, sales per week, and build data on team productivity.
  • Provide regular updates to the CEO and leadership team.
  • Continuously monitor our funnels and improve the performance of individual communications.
  • Meet regularly with the Sales Team to improve campaigns and lead quality.
  • Campaign management, client emails, newsletters, and all external communications.
  • Support sales and customer success with all marketing materials.
  • Analyze processes and adapt as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of experience in lead generation.
  • High degree of comfort with HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Google Analytics, AdWords, Meta, LinkedIn, and X.

Job Type:

  • In Office, Downtown Toronto (this is not a remote or hybrid role).
  • Employee.
  • Full-time (40 hours).

Remuneration:

  • 80,000 - 95,000 CAD based on experience and portfolio.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
