Raffle Systems Inc specializes in the development of government-regulated electronic raffle systems. Our mission is to support charitable organizations by providing them with state-of-the-art solutions that ensure fair and secure raffle events. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to achieve the company’s objectives. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, they will ensure that campaign plans are developed, aligned with marketing goals, and effectively executed.
What you’ll be doing:
Minimum Qualifications:
As an ideal candidate, you will have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field and 4-6 years of experience in social media management, project management, and/or sales is preferred. Extensive experience with social media marketing and a deep understanding of various platforms and tools. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and SEO/SEM strategies. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
As a successful candidate, you will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a focus on results. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, AI-based tools). Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset.
