We have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our client, a premier service and technologies advisor, who operate both corporate and franchise locations throughout North America, with an international footprint across 18 countries!

The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll have the freedom to strategize and lead marketing efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll oversee campaigns, develop engaging marketing materials, and ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels. Plus, you won’t have to worry about design work—our clients agency partners have that covered! While travel is rarely required, you’ll be the key marketing driver for Canada, making a significant impact!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create & Execute Winning Strategies: Develop and implement high-impact marketing campaigns across email, social media, and content marketing.
2. Optimize for Success: Use analytics and metrics to fine-tune campaigns and maximize performance.
3. Experiment & Innovate: Test new approaches to uncover the most effective marketing tactics.
4. Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with internal teams to drive marketing success.
5. Make Smart Budget Moves: Manage and optimize marketing spend for the greatest ROI.
6. Leverage Data for Growth: Analyze user data and sales funnels to improve engagement and retention.
7. Build & Scale: Launch referral programs and initiatives to keep customers coming back.
8. Report & Drive Decisions: Deliver insightful weekly and monthly analytics to steer business initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of growth marketing experience with a passion for driving results.
2. Experience in a regulated industry a strong asset.
3. Experience in a small to mid-sized organization where adaptability is key.
4. Deep understanding of B2B and B2C marketing funnels and strategies.
5. Expertise in martech tools like CRM and marketing automation, with a strong grasp of the e-commerce landscape.
6. Proven success in managing paid media across Google Ads, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, programmatic, and remarketing.
7. Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Canva, along with strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
8. Data-driven decision-maker who thrives on continuous optimization and experimentation.
9. Proven success in growth hacking and launching breakthrough initiatives.
10. Comfortable being a one-person marketing powerhouse, managing all Canadian marketing efforts.
