Our growing client is seeking to hire a high performing, organized, and creative Marketing Manager to join their evolving team in this newly created role.

They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing efforts across various brands within the health-tech, fintech, and cybersecurity verticals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of creative, analytical, and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand growth and achieve business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Product Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve successful execution.
  • Collaborate for Effective Messaging: Work closely with product management and sales teams to develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Provide Voice of Customer Insights: Gather and provide insights from customer feedback to inform product strategy and ensure alignment with market demands.
  • Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Develop and manage marketing campaigns aligned with business goals, leveraging market research to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
  • Enhance Brand Visibility and Reputation: Oversee branding initiatives and campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels.

Education:

  • Relevant post secondary required.

Qualifications:

  • Clean criminal background check.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and analytics platforms.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in SaaS marketing is required.
  • Previous experience leading a team is required.

Skills:

  • Effective leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
  • Advanced interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with strong business writing proficiency.
  • Self-motivated and independent with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic, high-growth environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Proficient in marketing automation and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.
  • Analytical mindset, adept at balancing data-driven insights with emotional intelligence in marketing strategies.

Base Salary: $80,000-$120,000 per year

  • Salary based on experience.
  • Health benefit package provided.
  • RRSP matching program.
  • Free parking.

Work Hours:

  • 40 hours per week.
  • Monday-Friday.
  • 8AM-4PM.

Remote Work:

  • This position is not remote and required to be on-site.
