Who We Are Looking For

We need someone who is ready to reimagine what healthcare collaboration can look like. You’re a go-getter, a strategist, and a doer, all in one. You’re excited about the transformation happening in healthcare, and you want to be right in the middle of it. You’ll be shaping how we position our brand, reach new users, and connect with clinicians—from physicians to nurse practitioners, to specialists. You’ll lead the charge in building our marketing approach, get your hands dirty when needed, and help grow Virtual Hallway into a household name for healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Lead Marketing Strategy: Be the driving force behind our long-term marketing strategy, helping us reach healthcare professionals everywhere—physicians, nurse practitioners, and more. We want someone who’s ready to craft and execute a vision that expands our platform and drives real results.
  • Brand Development and Positioning: Own the brand. Shape it. Evolve it. Make sure everyone knows exactly what Virtual Hallway stands for and why we’re the best solution for healthcare collaboration. Develop messaging that sticks and makes a real impact on our audience.
  • Growth and User Acquisition: Drive growth. Grow our user base. Whether it’s building partnerships, running digital campaigns, or designing outreach initiatives, we need someone who’s relentless about getting more clinicians on our platform.
  • Content and Thought Leadership: Create content that matters—blogs, webinars, white papers. Establish Virtual Hallway as a thought leader in healthcare innovation. Ensure everything we produce supports our growth goals and speaks directly to the needs of healthcare professionals.
  • Partnerships and Collaboration: Be a connector. Build relationships with healthcare institutions, associations, and education partners. Get Virtual Hallway’s name out there and make sure our network keeps expanding.
  • Team Growth and Leadership: As we grow, help grow the team. Hire, mentor, and lead new team members across key areas, building a marketing powerhouse that scales alongside our company.
  • Channel Management and Hands-On Support: Use our key channels—email, social media, conferences, newsletters, collateral—to share our message. Jump into the fray when needed, whether it's refining a campaign, tweaking our messaging, or making sure everything runs smoothly at a big event.

Skills and Experience You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in healthcare or B2B environments.
  • A proven track record in creating and executing marketing strategies that lead to growth.
  • Strong communication skills—able to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling stories.
  • Experience in building brands and leading campaigns across multiple channels—digital, content, partnerships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment. You’re adaptable, resilient, and ready to solve problems on the fly.
  • Hands-on experience in key tactical areas—content development, digital marketing, partnerships.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare space is a plus, but passion and a willingness to learn go a long way.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
