Meet the team
Our Marketing team are the passionate product advocates who help our growing network of users understand what’s possible with LEAP on their side. As custodians of the LEAP brand, the Marketing Team is responsible for building awareness, recognition and adoption of our products across the legal profession, turning LEAP into a brand that lawyers know and love.
From executing marketing campaigns that reach hearts and minds, to developing a consistent, concise and always compelling brand, you’ll play an active role in innovating and guiding the trajectory of our business. As you empower lawyers to provide more flexible and affordable services, we’ll empower you to build a more agile and autonomous career limited only by your ambitions.
Our ideal candidate is someone who’s keen to tackle new projects and ideas, has endless curiosity, high energy—and is driven to help generate a positive brand impression for LEAP in the legal tech market through event marketing activities in-person and online.
Reporting to LEAP’s Director of Marketing and working alongside marketing and sales associates at LEAP and DivorceMate, your immediate responsibilities will include creating awareness, activating events and generating leads that support brand recognition, customer retention, and new business initiatives for our software products. You will also take the lead on planning and executing LEAP cultural and corporate sustainability events.
This role would suit an individual who is highly motivated, a strategic thinker and problem-solver, creative, efficient, with high attention to detail. The individual must be able to accommodate a flexible work and travel schedule by activating events across Canada. The candidate should have a solid understanding of marketing principles, strong writing skills, possess exceptional time management and be able to work under pressure.
