WHAT TO EXPECT:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing & Events Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all marketing events and campaigns. This role involves managing the production of marketing collateral, coordinating with various vendors and contractors, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, be a stellar communicator, and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines. Another key responsibility for this person is being an internal point person between all departments and the marketing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Event Management: Plans and executes lifestyle and promotional events, including Predator Ridge Signature Events and long weekend events. Develops event plans, coordinates performers, and manages on-site activities.
- Departmental Marketing Coordination: Collaborates with all internal departments to create a monthly calendar of events and marketing initiatives. Coordinates with creative teams to produce necessary marketing materials and content for campaigns.
- Content Creation & Strategy: Oversees content calendar and collaborates with contractors for social media, photography, and videography needs. Ensures content aligns with brand voice.
- Vendor and Contractor Management: Manages relationships with external vendors, oversees contract processes, and ensures quality control of all promotional items.
- Collateral Production: Coordinates with printers in the creation and distribution of printed marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand standards and supporting resort-wide initiatives.
- Digital and Print Ad Campaigns: Assists in planning and developing digital and print advertising campaigns, coordinates with media providers, and monitors performance.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepares monthly reports on event and campaign performance, analyzing data to inform strategy and improve future initiatives.
- Brand Advocacy and Community Building: Fosters online communities, collaborates with influencers, and monitors the company’s online reputation.
- Budget Management: Assists in managing budgets for events and marketing campaigns.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or related roles.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., project management software, Google Analytics, Meta ads).
- Experience working with vendors and managing external partnerships. Strong communication skills and your ability to build relationships is extremely critical.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and basic understanding of SEO and social media platforms.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- This position will not allow for remote work but does require a flexible schedule to attend key events in evenings and weekends.

COMPENSATION:
$45,000 per year.
MATERNITY LEAVE COVER:
This position is a maternity leave cover, commencing in October 2024, concluding February 2026.
