Who We're Looking For:

We seek an accomplished B2B Marketing Director who will elevate our brand's profile and credibility in our niche and enhance our engagement with high-quality prospects. This role will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business, achieving measurable outcomes that align with our overall targets and objectives. Ideal candidates are data-driven, think big and are experienced practictioners and leaders in marketing.


Key Outcomes You Will Achieve:

  • Strategic Growth and Market Leadership:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals, ensuring Fintel Connect becomes a recognized leader in the financial marketing space.
    • Utilize insights from market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs, positioning our solutions effectively against competitors.
  • Enhanced Brand Awareness and Engagement:
    • Drive high-impact marketing campaigns that significantly boost brand awareness and foster deep engagement with our ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
    • Implement account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives that create meaningful connections with target accounts, generating high-quality leads.
  • Effective Content and Campaign Execution:
    • Oversee the production of compelling content that resonates with different customer journey stages, ensuring it supports lead nurturing and conversion.
    • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, guaranteeing alignment with our brand messaging and business goals while achieving measurable results.
  • Cross-Departmental Synergy:
    • Foster collaboration with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with overarching business strategies, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives that drive demand generation and revenue growth.
    • Leverage insights from cross-functional teams to continuously refine and enhance marketing tactics.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Establish a framework for measuring and reporting the performance of marketing initiatives against key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
    • Utilize analytics to identify trends and optimize marketing strategies, ensuring a focus on return on investment (ROI) and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Budget Optimization and Resource Management:
    • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources strategically across campaigns to maximize impact and ensure financial accountability.
    • Make informed decisions that enhance the effectiveness of marketing spend, driving better outcomes for the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a strategic leader with a proven track record in B2B marketing who is ready to drive impactful results for Fintel Connect. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive Experience: A minimum of 10 years in B2B marketing, particularly in account-based marketing (ABM), with a demonstrated ability to manage and elevate the entire marketing function.
  • Results-Driven Mindset: A strong focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), optimizing budgets, and delivering measurable ROI from marketing initiatives.
  • Innovative Leadership: Proven experience in leading and nurturing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Expertise in Marketing Strategies: In-depth knowledge of best practices in SEO, content marketing, social media (especially LinkedIn), Google Ads, webinars, and events.
  • Analytical Acumen: Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and analytics (e.g., CRM tools like HubSpot) to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement of marketing strategies.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities; strong problem-solver and adapting strategies to changing market conditions.
  • Vision for Growth: A strategic thinker who can envision and execute innovative marketing approaches that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
