Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead the marketing efforts for our resort real estate developments. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the resort real estate market, real estate trends, and the ability to craft and execute marketing strategies that drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and elevate the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals and target luxury resort buyers.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling to create compelling narratives for each development.
- Oversee the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, videos, and other promotional tools.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted marketing campaigns aimed at driving property sales and increasing customer engagement.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns to optimize lead generation.
- Build and maintain partnerships with luxury brands, influencers, and media outlets to increase brand awareness and credibility.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to refine marketing approaches and identify new opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
- Organize and execute high-profile events, property tours, and open houses to showcase the unique features of each development.
- Oversee public relations efforts to position the company as a leader in luxury resort real estate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in luxury real estate or resort development.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns that drive sales and increase brand visibility.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and an understanding of the second home resort lifestyle market.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, analytics, and CRM tools.
- Creative thinker with a passion for luxury real estate and a deep understanding of market trends.
