Marketing Coordinator (Remote)

We are looking for a podcast coordinator to provide support to ensure smooth operational and marketing procedures for our weekly Reimagined Energy Podcast.

To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. You will assist in the podcast's administration and marketing. Ultimately, you are responsible for coordinating show notes, updating the website, prepping show marketing materials, and communicating with subscribers.

You will work closely with the podcast host as we are on the cusp of great success.

Weekly Responsibilities

1. Write and schedule the latest episode email using MailChimp.
2. Proactively communicate with partners and guests in a professional, efficient manner.
3. Update the website, Buzzsprout, YouTube Channel and social media channels.
4. Create social media posts.
5. Monthly reporting.
6. Design promotional materials using Canva (i.e. thumbnails, cover art).
7. Make recommendations to help make the podcast grow.

Requirements and Skills

1. Meta ads management
2. Knowledge of WordPress (Elementor)
3. Strong organizational, time-management and multitasking skills
4. Great attention to detail

The budget is $1,500 monthly to help distribute and promote four episodes.
