We are recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This role will be based Burnaby Head Office in BC. This is an on-site position.
Job Overview:
Reporting to the Marketing Director in Western Canada, this key position works in partnership with the Regional Marketing Manager for British Columbia by overseeing the workflow planning and execution of diverse marketing activities, campaigns, and initiatives for both 123 Corporate and Legacy clinics in BC. The role involves extensive cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and internal teams to drive results. The Marketing Coordinator spearheads the delegation and project management of marketing tasks and projects, including the management of incoming tasks via the Marketing Email Inbox and Ticketing System.
As a service-oriented marketing professional with B2C experience, the Marketing Coordinator assists the RMM (Regional Marketing Manager) in leveraging both traditional and digital marketing strategies by developing and managing tailored local marketing programs. This role requires close collaboration with the RMM to deliver campaigns that address the unique needs of each practice, combining innovation with effective project management.
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in the marketing department’s success, striving to create a collaborative team environment and supporting the growth of patient facing marketing objectives. They serve as a brand ambassador for 123Dentist, ensuring excellence and satisfaction among our practices and patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Spearhead, delegate, and manage marketing tasks and projects received through the marketing ticket system and assign marketing support tickets to the appropriate teams within the Marketing Department to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Oversee the marketing email inbox for the BC region, updating and maintaining tasks and projects as needed.
- Manage incoming requests from Corporate and Practice channels effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) in BC and stakeholders to understand the BC region's clinic requirements, objectives, and target audiences.
- Collaborate with the RMM in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns for 123Dentist Corporate and Legacy clinics in BC.
- Coordinate and articulate clear initiatives and projects in alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide project management support for various clinic marketing programs and campaigns.
- Write creative briefs to guide the production of marketing materials and collateral, ensuring a consistent brand image and messaging.
- Understand practice KPIs, local markets, and patient insights to help the RMM optimize the marketing budget for each practice.
- Compile analytical reports with the RMM in BC to support strategic decision-making.
- Responsible for directly collaborating with third-party agencies to drive project success.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Directors.
Education, Credentials, Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is an asset.
- 2 to 5 years of experience executing B2C marketing initiatives is required.
- 2 to 5 years of experience executing B2C social media marketing initiatives is required.

- Proficient in computer and software skills, including standard Microsoft Office applications.
