Marketing Coordinator (1-Year Contract)

Moosehead Breweries is looking for a Marketing Coordinator (1-Year Contract) to support Moosehead's Partner portfolio (Twisted Tea - Truly - Angry Orchard - Sam Adams, etc) in the Ontario and West regions.

We're looking for an organized, creative, and analytical individual that is passionate about learning how to build brands in retail, agency, grocery, and on-premise channels, providing exceptional marketing support and assisting a fast-paced team. This individual needs to have a driven personality, be curious about everything, and have an energy that inspires others.

This role will report directly to the Senior Trade & Partnerships Manager.

• University graduate, business or marketing concentration recommended.
• 1-2 years marketing experience, client or agency side
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, namely Excel and PowerPoint
• Exceptional organization skills with ability to handle a high workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time and project management skills; ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial spirit, looking to join an "all hands-on deck" environment.
• Self-motivated, energetic, positive attitude
• Desire to learn; self-starter seeking exposure to new areas.

• Coordinate key tasks related to the development and execution of trade marketing programs.
• Collaborate with external creative agencies and in-house graphics team to brief, review, proofread and consolidate feedback and approvals for point-of-sale materials (sell sheets, displays, in-store signage etc.)
• Work with external vendors to procure and manage production of displays & signage that meet quality standards.
• Monitor point-of-sale inventory and coordinate distribution for trade marketing activity.
• Assist in coordinating the execution of in-store sampling events which includes overseeing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and preparing marketing collateral.
• Liaising with the brand and communications teams to develop promotional assets for trade activity
• Assist with processing invoices and documenting in respective trackers.
• Conduct regular competitive market research and gather sales input for trade activity.
• Support the completion of post-program evaluation reports and participate in review sessions.
• Special projects as determined by the Trade Marketing team.
