What you’ll get to do:
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with branding, corporate website management, and digital tools like WordPress, Survey Monkey, Mailchimp, and Adobe Suite.
- Implement paid advertising and social media campaigns alongside the Marketing and Leasing Managers.
Email Campaign Management
- Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns to boost customer engagement and brand awareness.
Performance Analysis
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to drive optimization.
Content Creation and Coordination
- Create and maintain marketing materials (e.g., floor plans, signage, posters, etc). Coordinate updates with stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Social Media and Community Engagement
- Grow Greenwin’s presence and engage with online communities to foster customer loyalty and brand advocacy.
Data Research & Reporting
- Compile and analyze data from various sources, providing actionable insights that inform strategic marketing decisions.
- Provide ongoing support for marketing strategies, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Who you are:
- College/University Diploma in related field preferred
- 3-5 years experience
- Experience within the real estate or property management industry.
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM/PPC and social media management.
- Proven track record of working on multi-channel marketing campaigns and collaborating with agencies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as WordPress, Survey Monkey, Mailchimp and Adobe Suite.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills for creating compelling content.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and adhering to deadlines.
- Digital-forward thinker with a customer-focused mindset.
- Energetic, analytical, and curious, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Willingness to travel to support regional activations and work non-traditional hours when necessary.
