OVERVIEW
The Marketing Coordinator is a key player in developing and executing impactful marketing collateral across all communication channels, driving brand awareness, and increasing engagement within our target market. This role is also instrumental in planning and managing events that align with our marketing strategy, ensuring they effectively promote our brand and foster valuable connections. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and TitanFile partners to support and execute strategic marketing initiatives. This position is based in our Toronto office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation – Create compelling collaterals to support the TitanFile Brand.
- Consistently deliver high-quality, creative and impactful copy that supports the marketing strategy including content for our website, social media platforms and email programs;
- Interact with Thought Leaders and facilitate discovery sessions to create written content;
- Create Client testimonials in both video and written form;
- Create Blogs/Vlogs, Podcasts, Whitepapers and other marketing collaterals based on Thought Leader sessions and market research findings;
- Develop client quote collateral and case studies;
- Work with third-party editors and publications as needed.
Content Packaging – Package content for distribution on various channels.
- Produce a consistent look and feel of marketing collaterals;
- Create designs/templates for all blogs, whitepapers, videos, case studies and data sheets;
- Create all required banners, images, videos, GIFs and trade show graphic design;
- Optimize all content for SEO.
Events and Initiatives – Support all marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute marketing events, including webinars and conferences;
- Manage event logistics, budgets, and project plans;
- Research, plan, and maintain the TitanFile calendar of events, including third-party industry conferences and TitanFile-hosted events;
- Provide end-to-end management of event logistics and execution, working with outside vendors as necessary;
- Keep the Marketing Director informed of project activity, opportunities, and challenges;
- Contribute to the development and execution of the quarterly marketing calendar;
- Stay current on market news and trends;
- Identify and repurpose content for email campaigns and LinkedIn posts.
QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE
- 2-3 years of experience in Marketing or copywriting, SaaS experience is a bonus;
- Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Marketing, Communications or Business Admin;
- In-depth knowledge of content marketing;
- Outstanding writing skills and exceptional attention to detail;
- Execution-oriented with a passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment;
- Developing and managing an editorial calendar;
- Advanced Skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel etc.);
- Knowledge of SEO for content creation;
- Ability to take complex concepts and explain them simply and briefly;
- Excellent people skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, from Sales to Product to Services.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Hybrid role with a minimum of three days per week at our Toronto office.
