JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client delivers strategic planning and marketing management services to help companies grow. We are recruiting a marketing coordinator for our client to coordinate marketing projects, conduct market research, analyze data, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors. The incumbent should be both incredibly organized and analytical, with an orientation for results and a passion for social media. They seek a candidate who is an excellent communicator with a collaborative work style.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of their client's marketing efforts across all consumer touchpoints, with a strong focus on social media.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and newsletter marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for leadership of the content management process, including planning, preparing, and participating in photo and video shoots.
  • Manage all UGC and influencer partner relationships, including initial research, briefing decks, negotiations, contract management, and the approval process.
  • Owner of the social media platform tool (post scheduling, monitoring, engagement) & community management across all client accounts.
  • Monitor trends in social media.
  • Analyze performance data daily and aggregate weekly/monthly/quarterly reports highlighting top-performing campaigns.
  • Prepare monthly client post-mortems by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data. Assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Responsible for the market, competitive, and consumer research required to support analysis and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in marketing, communications or a related field.
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
  • Proven track record of managing social media accounts (Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Highly organized individual with sharp attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite, as well as other marketing tools (Brandwatch, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, GA4, Canva) an asset.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written), an asset.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position with two days in-office per week plus availability for content shoots and client meetings.

  • Local travel will be required.
