Job Description

The Opportunity

6-month contract

As the Marketing Coordinator, you support the implementation of promotions and marketing tools and programs at store level by managing a comprehensive communication program. You accomplish this by acting as a central coordination point between the Visual, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations teams.

What You Do

1. Coordinates the communication from the Marketing team to stores by planning, preparing, gathering information, and creating actionable documents to ensure the seasonal programs are executed in a timely manner and on brand.
2. Designs and maintains various planning tools such as the Sign Inventories and seasonal POP plans, which support divisional and Sign departments in the planning, forecasting, production, and shipping of various Marketing tools.
3. Acts as key marketing partner to Store Operations in the planning, development, and implementation of store openings and special events in support of Store Operations objectives.

Qualifications

Who you are:

1. College degree in Marketing or related field of study
2. Minimum 6-months in related experience in a retail environment
3. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
4. An eagerness to learn how the business is run
5. An expert communicator who is bilingual both written and spoken
