Responsibilities

1. Develop policies
2. Perform administrative tasks
3. Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities
4. Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers
5. Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
6. Answer written and oral inquiries
7. Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
8. Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
9. Gather, research and prepare communications material
10. Initiate and maintain contact with the media
11. Design market research questionnaires
12. Develop portfolio of marketing materials
13. Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions
14. Develop marketing strategies
15. Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops or symposia
16. Develop and implement business plans
17. Maintain and manage digital database
18. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
